200 Club - Anyone can join! (friends, family and work colleagues)

The Yaxley FC 200 Club is a monthly prize draw and every participant gets the chance to win in the monthly draw.  Members bust be over 16 years old to join and must pay by standing order (Cheques are only accepted for annual payment in advance - no cash will be collected).

Just decide how many , complete your details and the standing order form below and hand it back to a committee member to get you entered.  You will receive a card confirming your monthly numbers and the winning numbers will be posted on the website after each draw.

Although we call it the 200 Club, we will of course run with however many subscribers we can get – the more the merrier !

The rules are simple: The entry tickets are £5 per month if paying by standing order (£60 per year by cheque). The club will pay out 50% of each months subscriptions as prize money to 4 monthly winners (see below) and the balance into an ANNUAL BONUS POT PAYOUT* to be drawn just before Christmas each year:

• 1st Prize = 50% of prize money
• 2nd Prize = 30% of prize money  
• 3rd Prize = £10 National Lottery Lotto Lucky Dip**
• 4th Prize = £5 National Lottery Lotto Lucky Dip**

* The remaining balance of the monthly prize money will be rolled over into a special ANNUAL BONUS DRAW in which current numbers that have been participating without breaks since March in the current year will participate.
